Global software-as-a-service (SaaS) leader Zoho has revealed a remarkable 37% growth in its Indian operations in the past year. In addition to this impressive milestone, the company has launched Cliq Rooms, a cutting-edge smart conference room solution, and unveiled updates to Zoho Cliq, its versatile communication and collaboration platform, aimed at further enhancing its growth trajectory.
The introduction of the Cliq Rooms app for Android TV offers users an enriched meeting experience. Users can effortlessly schedule meetings for physical conference rooms, seamlessly connect to TV audio and video, project screens, and even conduct hybrid meetings.
Sridhar Vembu, CEO and Co-founder of Zoho Corp, expressed, “With this launch, Zoho Cliq provides a robust platform that can enable employees to perform most of their tasks right from within the app, whether it is resolving a customer issue or approving expenses.”
Zoho Cliq is accessible with an unlimited plan starting at just Rs 36 per user per month. The newly introduced features are slated to be available from November 2023 in its enterprise edition, which will be offered at Rs 200 per user per month.
Furthermore, Zoho highlights that Cliq experienced a significant 30% increase in user migration from platforms like Slack and MS Teams in 2022, underlining its growing maturity and appeal.
For organizations with a distributed workforce, Cliq offers a customizable interface that supports multiple languages, including Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada, with more languages on the horizon, enhancing accessibility.
One of the standout features is live translation, catering to various Indian and international languages. This functionality empowers users to seamlessly interact with both internal and external stakeholders from diverse regions, fostering effective communication.
