She had diligently repaid the borrowed amount along with the agreed interest. However, trouble began when Pramod Singh demanded additional interest from the woman, a demand she firmly rejected.
As the situation escalated, Pramod Singh resorted to harassment and menacing threats, including the appalling threat of publicly parading her naked. Fearing for her safety and dignity, the victim lodged a formal complaint with the Khusrupur police station, seeking protection from the tormentor.
In response to her plea, the police called Pramod Singh in for questioning. He appeared at the police station, ostensibly for an interrogation. However, in a shocking turn of events, he later visited the victim’s residence under the cover of darkness, accompanied by his supporters. There, he abducted the woman, subjecting her to a horrifying and inhuman ordeal.
The victim was forcibly taken to Pramod Singh’s residence, where she was stripped, brutally assaulted, and subjected to a degrading act. Disturbingly, it is alleged that Pramod Singh instructed his son, Anshu Singh, to urinate in her mouth, compounding the victim’s trauma.
Despite the horror she endured, the courageous woman managed to escape from her captors and sought refuge with her family. Her family promptly reported the incident to the local police, leading to her rescue and admission to a primary health center for medical attention.
