Important Dates

Vacancy Details
The second phase of recruitment will encompass teachers for middle school (class 06 to 08), secondary (class 09 to 10), and higher secondary (class 11 to 12). Primary teachers (trained), secondary teachers (graduate trained), and higher secondary teachers (postgraduate trained) will also be hired. These positions fall under the Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class Welfare Department.
Additional Recruitment
Apart from teacher recruitment, a competitive exam for headmasters is also on the horizon. This examination will be conducted for the Backward Class and Most Backward Class Welfare Department.

The Education Department has initiated the process for filling 70 thousand posts in the second phase of teacher recruitment. This requisition will be forwarded to BPSC through the General Administration Department. Currently, there are 37,710 posts for secondary and higher secondary teachers and 31,982 vacancies for middle school teachers.
