Neelam Kaur Gill (born 27 April 1995) is a British fashion model and activist. She is known for her work with brands such as Burberry, Abercrombie & Fitch, and L’Oréal Paris. Gill is also an advocate for diversity and inclusion in the fashion industry.
Gill was born in Coventry, England, to Indian immigrants. She has two sisters. Gill was raised in a Sikh household, and she attended a local state school.
Gill was scouted by a modeling agency at the age of 14. She signed with Model 1, one of the top modeling agencies in Europe. Gill made her runway debut in 2013, walking for Burberry during London Fashion Week. She has since walked for top designers such as Alexander McQueen, Dior, and Chanel.
